If you are having problems using Soccer Mystic or just wish to ask a question, we have a dedicated team where a number of support personal can answer your query. Use the 'contacting customer support' area to send us a message.

Support hours & scope

We are only able to offer support in English language. As the market grows we may look to expand this; but currently we are only able to support our products in English. Core support hours are Monday to Friday 9am to 6pm UK time. We are also on line on Saturday afternoons and have reduced cover on weekday evenings and skeleton support Sundays. We will attempt to answer your query as quickly as possible but please be aware there may be a delay in response during busy periods. Most queries are answered very quickly. Outside of office hours (UK time) we will still answer your emails but obviously you will see a slower response.

User guide / Diagnostics tool

To aid analysis we have a diagnostic tool which you can download and run. The results will typically enable us to pinpoint any issues in double quick time. Please use this tool to help us diagnose any issues. Coming soon is an extensive user guide, this will enable you to look at each function specifically with detailed description to its functions and usage.

All queries are submitted and answered by email. We are sorry but we are currently not able to answer queries by telephone at this time. Diagnostics tool - download

In order to aid our diagnosis of your problem we may ask you to download and use our diagnostics tool. Please be aware, in order to aid diagnosis, your machine will display your password to you 'unhidden'. This is so you can check and make sure you are not making a basic entry error. Therefore if you do not want other people to see your password while using this tool please run the diagnostics alone. Please be aware, If you copy and paste the diagnostics results to us it does not reveal your password to us in any form, that is only for your information only and should never be requested by anybody including our support staff.
